 Chatfield took to TikTok to warn her followers that being a fan or a follower does not give anyone ownership over her. She recounted how a random stranger came up to her and slapped her butt while she was dancing with her crew. When the woman asked her to dance and she refused, the stranger gave her the finger and stormed off. Chatfield confronted the woman, who tearfully claimed not to know who she was.

 However, the situation escalated when the woman's friends began filming Chatfield's confrontation. Chatfield expressed her frustration with the incident and pleaded with the public to treat people in the public eye with respect and humanity.
